Top Triathlete joins RPM Health Club in the Race to be Thai Number One
Meet Nichakarn (Nini) Ruttanaporn, One of Thailandâs leading Triathletes who recently graduated from the University of Leicester (UK) as a DR and has joined for her mind-body strength and conditioning training.
Nini has a string of Podium places around the world and is currently the first Thai women to ever qualify for the 70.3 World Championship Ironman event. Itâs has not been an easy ride however and right now she is coming back from operations after a serious accident smashed her wrist, ankle and shoulder. Luckily for us, Nini has chosen Phuket to be her training base to pursue her childhood dream to become a pro athlete and strive to be one of the best South East Asian long distance professional triathletes and inspire the younger generation of athletes in Thailand.
Her weekly training involves around 20 hours of bike, run, swim sessions combined with stability, core and mind-body rehabilitation and strength work with Hayden in the gym. She also devotes lots of her time to rejuvenation and rest so that she remains stronger for longer! Nini will be posting regular training and health tips here at the website and also through the RPM Health Club facebook page, so that you can follow her progress and learn how she stays fit for life.
Nini is just about to embark for the âCobra Energy Drinkâ Ironman 70.3 Philippines event and we wish her strength, confidence and energy. The race is on Sunday 2nd of August and has live tracking, so we will post her race number when we get it so that you can follow along!
We welcome Nini to the RPM Health Club family.
If you too would like to join , we look forward to inspiring and motivating you to become fitter, stronger and happier with your body and lifestyle.
